Terms of Service

1. The game

PixelWar is an online entertainment game where users purchase the right to display a national flag on a specific pixel of a world map. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. What you're buying

You are buying the right to display a flag of your choice on a pixel of the public map until another user purchases that same pixel from you. This is:

• A digital, intangible item with no physical form.
• Not a real-world territorial claim. The map is fictional gameplay.
• Subject to being overtaken by other players at any time. Your ownership ends when another player buys the pixel.
• Not a financial instrument, NFT, security, or investment.

3. All sales are final

Due to the immediate digital delivery and the gameplay nature of the product:

• All purchases are final and non-refundable.
• If another player purchases your pixel, your ownership ends — this is the core mechanic of the game and is not grounds for refund.
• We do not refund based on price increases or decreases.

4. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for fraudulent payments or chargebacks.
• Attempt to overload, attack, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to purchase pixels.
• Use the service in violation of applicable laws.

Violation may result in account/IP ban without refund.

5. Flag selection

You may select any country flag, regardless of your actual nationality, as a personal expression. Flag choice does not constitute any political or ideological statement by the service operator. We reserve the right to remove flags or images that are explicitly illegal in major jurisdictions (terrorist organizations, etc.).

6. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, freedom from bugs, or specific gameplay outcomes.

7. Limitation of liability

In no event shall PixelWar be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Service changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. In case of permanent shutdown, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users via email (where provided) at least 30 days in advance.

10. Disputes

Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved informally by emailing support@pixelwar.live. If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
